As a co-founder of Eryn Ico, Preston C. Anderson provides creative consultation in brand development by helping companies shape consumer experiences that are in line with the company vision. As the “BeHeard” part of the founding duo, his specialty is synthesizing visions and core values communicated to him by companies and personal brands into aesthetics and experiences and coming up with the “voice” of the brand.
Other specializations include personal coaching through nutrition and fitness. Preston believes in the possibilities for personal growth through exploring our relationship to our bodies, to consumption, to our primal drives to encourage self-discovery, confidence, and self-determination. His coaching style is predicated on the idea that fitness is a state of preparedness, both mentally and physically, for a specific environment or course of action. So, be prepared to question your environment and the goals you set for yourself within it.

Devin Anderson
Devin draws power, purpose, and meaning from her love for Black and brown people. Her coaching hinges on expressions of love for self, and the extension of this into communities. For her, this manifests as confidence; the ability to show up in the world the way you want…the way you are. She does this by leaning on exercises and skills she’s learned on theatrical stages for over a decade. Recently, she’s begun lending her voice to the natural skin and hair care community. Embracing holistic care, she asserts that Black and brown people deserve access to the best quality resources to put on and in our bodies. Moreover, by helping people create rituals around caring for themselves, she encourages clients to turn mundane or even frustrating daily practices into intentional habits of recognizing their own divinity. Her teachings will not only be beneficial at home but in the way you move through the world entirely. And these are practices that she’s sharing from her own life. A single mother, she is contemplating what it means to raise a free Black child that knows no limitations and doesn’t have an antagonistic relationship to hair, skin, or being. These are practices that she shares from her heart to your home.

Preston has been in health care for 40 years; a registered nurse for twenty-nine years, a surgical ICU nurse at Prisma Health, and Nursing Supervisor with the South Carolina Dept. of Mental Health. It was this passion for healthcare that fueled the creation of his first business endeavors; Infinity One Corporation which has provided case management for James R. Clark Memorial Sickle Cell Foundation for twenty-two years as well as Infinity One Staffing which provides quality staffing, recruiting, and customized employment to clients across various industries.
Preston is a Clavis Coaching and Consulting certified consultant, who coaches in the areas of workforce and work place development. For the entrepreneurially minded, he consults with his clients on establishing sustainable and scalable business structures as well as best practices in business finance. An avid believer in employee empowerment and advocacy, he also coaches people engaged in the workforce into developing the mindsets, skill sets, and planning necessary to both define and reach their career goals.

Co-founder of Eryn Ico (BeSeen), Eduardo uses his coaching skills and artistic abilities to guide companies in aligning client experience with their core values. His work encourages the creation of immersive experiences for customers and clients that better cohere to their brands’ visions. Eduardo pushes clients to define who they wish to be and be honest about who they actually are. This kind of honesty is transformational and allows him to co-create with the client an experience that reconciles or addresses the differences therein.
Eduardo also specializes in personal development coaching centered on self-image and self-visualization. His work includes photographic experiences with clients that help them perceive themselves differently and increase the possibilities they imagine for themselves. He creates comfortable and reaffirming experiences that also honor the tension between how a person sees and how a person wishes to see themselves.
